An autonomous Adult-Gerontology Nurse practitioner and foreign educated Physician specializing in Endocrinology, weight management, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic health. With extensive experience caring for adults with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions, I've seen how personalized, evidence-based care can truly transform lives. I provide personalized telehealth care focused on nutrition, medication management, and sustainable lifestyle changes to help adults achieve balance, energy, and long-term wellness, all from the comfort of home.

FDA-Approved GLP-1 Medications
Wegovy® (semaglutide)
An FDA-approved, once-weekly injectable medication for chronic weight management. Wegovy has a standardized, evidence-based dosing and titration schedule and has undergone extensive FDA review for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality. It is also approved to reduce cardiovascular risk in certain patients with obesity and established cardiovascular disease. Now available in oral formulation.
Zepbound® (tirzepatide)
An FDA-approved, once-weekly injectable medication for chronic weight management with its own established escalation and maintenance dosing schedule. Like Wegovy, it is prescribed and monitored according to clinical guidelines and individual patient needs.
Compounded GLP-1 Medications

Compounded GLP-1 medications are customized formulations prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. They allow for greater flexibility in dosing and improved access for patients when FDA-approved brand medications are unavailable, unaffordable, or not the best fit for an individual’s treatment plan.
